COMMUNITY MEETING NOTICE BRISTOL PARKWAY PROJECT COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
In cooperation with the City of Culver City, you’re invited to the 3rd Community Meeting associated with the Bristol Parkway Project Comprehensive Plan – Project site: 6221 Bristol Parkway (corner of Green Valley Circle)

When: Tuesday, March 20, 2018

Why:
This meeting is intended to present the full application submittal plans following all revisions and provide the community with project updates and solicit continued feedback from stakeholders in Fox Hills on the proposed project and public/community benefits. Plans for the Bristol Parkway project have been subject to refinements over time based on continuing coordination with the City, and feedback received during the first two community meetings and the mobility workshop. Officials from the City of Culver City will be present to receive written comments to the Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND), which is in circulation for a 30-day public review and comment period through March 29. Copies of the MND are available for public review at Culver City City
Hall, 2nd Floor Planning Department counter, the Julian Dixon Public Library, and online for review and download at link. A copy will also be available at the Community Meeting. Additionally, at this meeting, the City will solicit community feedback on the proposed Community Public Benefits package. All public comments, written and oral, will be provided to the Culver City Planning Commission in advance of its consideration of the proposed project. The Culver City Planning Commission and City Council will hold a public hearing to take action on the proposed project and the environmental findings on a later date. A separate public hearing notice will be sent to property owners and occupants within a 1,000-foot radius, and expanded property owners in the Fox Hills residential neighborhood.
Project Description:
HSH Management (applicant) has submitted a project application for site improvements at 6221 Bristol
Parkway to the City of Culver City – ’The Bristol Parkway Comprehensive Plan’, including, demolition of
60,157 sf of existing box retail buildings within existing 6.25 acre commercial site; approximately 662
apartment units; 50 live work units; approximately 21,000 sf of retail space; 1,148 space subterranean parking
structure; and over 3 acres of landscaped open space for public and private use.

COUNCIL MEMBER JIM CLARKE IS PUSHING FOR CITY COUNCIL TO VOTE ON THIS PROJECT BY CALLING FOR A SPECIAL MEETING ON APRIL 17TH PRIOR TO HIS LEAVING OFFICE!!  THIS MEETING HAS NOT YET BEEN SCHEDULED AND IS  TENTATIVE, THUS IF YOU ARE OPPOSED TO THIS HAPPENING PLEASE NOTIFY CULVER CITY COUNCIL  ASAP!!!
