2nd Community Meeting for Bristol Parkway Project

When: Tuesday, Jan 16, 2018 @ 6:30 – 8:30pm (RSVP Strongly encouraged)

Where: Sheraton Four Points – 5990 Green Valley Circle

Why:

The purpose of this meeting is to provide the community and our neighbors with an update to the Bristol Parkway Project Comprehensive Plan, which was unveiled to the public in October 2017, and to further solicit community feedback in advance of Planning Commission and City Council action. Since the first community meeting, the applicant held a mobility workshop to further solicit feedback from the adjacent community and neighbors. At this meeting, the applicant will provide an update to the changes being proposed resulting from input received from the community and the City of Culver City.

Project Description:

HSH Management (applicant) had previously submitted a preliminary project review (PPR) application for site improvements at 6221 Bristol Parkway to the City of Culver City – ’The Bristol Parkway Comprehensive Plan’, including, demolition of 60,157 sf of existing box retail buildings within existing 6.25 acre commercial site; approximately 725 apartment units; 50 live work units (total 775 units); approximately 21,000 sf of retail space; not less than an 800 space subterranean parking structure; and landscaped open space for public and private use.

The applicant is proposing further updated design features including architectural changes, parking enhancements, residential unit type and mix, amount of retail/commercial uses, site programming, and pedestrian and vehicular flow in/around the Bristol Parkway project.
