We have been getting questions regarding Fox Hills Plaza and Reimagine Fox Hills and wanted to let you know what we have been told.  It is our understanding that Fox Hills Plaza is still in escrow.  This is the reply we received from the Culver City Economic Development regarding Reimagine Fox Hills and Fox Hills Plaza:

 

 

We’ve had one meeting with the commercial property owners in the area and have another meeting scheduled with them next month.  Unfortunately we have been delayed in our efforts due to the holidays.  The owners we met with were receptive to creating a plan and we are hopeful that that we can continue to progress the discussion at our next meeting.  Once we have completed meeting with the commercial owners, our intent is to pull the residential owners back together to discuss next steps.

My understanding is that preliminary plans have been developed for the Fox Hills Plaza, but no application has been submitted at this point.  I don’t believe specific tenants were noted but it is currently proposed as a mixed use project.    Once the application is submitted, it will trigger the Planning Commission agenda placement, reviews, hearings, etc. and we will certainly let you know about that timing once it is determined.
