Beginning December 26, 2018 through January 2019, all homes, duplexes, apartment buildings, and condominiums will have a chance to PARK their TREE.

Residents will be able to dispose of their Christmas trees by bringing them to one of these designated areas in the city: Fox Hills Park, Syd Kronenthal Park, Culver West Park, and Veterans Park. Look for the large 40 cubic-yard bin at each location.

Trees should have all plastic containers, metal stands and bars, ornaments, lighting, and the bulk of tinsel removed. Flocked trees, or trees coated with a fire retardant will be accepted.

Residents can also cut up their tree and place it in the green waste bin for pickup on their regular service day. This material will be sent to a composting facility.
