VIRTUAL COMMUNITY MEETING REGARDING 330 UNIT “MIXED USE HIGH” DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL AT 5700 HANNUM AVENUE (CURRENTLY SITE OF LOW RISE OFFICE COMPLEX) ACROSS FROM RESIDENTIAL COMPLEXES ON BUCKINGHAM PARKWAY.
WHO: LINCOLN PROPERTY COMPANY IS HOLDING THIS REQUIRED COMMUNITY MEETING TO PRESENT THEIR PROPOSAL. THEY ARE PROPOSING A 56 FEET HIGH DEVELOPMENT, POSSIBLY HIGHER WITH DENSITY BONUSES FOR AFFORDABLE UNITS. MOST LIKELY MARKET VALUE RENTALS.
This required meeting is done prior to them submitting their preliminary application. It is the beginning of a long process that could last over a year per the city’s Project Manager.
As this meeting was scheduled during peak holiday season, many of us will have to make an extra effort to attend. Please do. It is important that the city hears from the community.

SANTA’S SLEIGH IS COMING TO FOX HILLS ( DISTRICT 5) IN THE FOX HILLS NEIGHBORHOOD ON DEC 14TH STARTING AT 6PM
There will be four stops as the following:
Stop 1) Green Valley Circle and Doverwood Dr.
Stop 2) Canterbury Dr. and Kensington Way
Stop 3) Buckingham Pkwy and Sumner Way
Stop 4) Cambridge Way and Canterbury Dr.
Times are determined by the number of children at each stop, so don’t worry if the sleigh is a little late.
