2nd COMMUNITY MEETING NOTICE FOR : 6201 Bristol Parkway, Culver City You are invited to join us for our second Community Meeting to discuss the proposed development at 6201 Bristol Parkway. The proposed project would demolish the existing Fox Hills Plaza buildings and construct a new mixed-use building with 846 residential units, including 36 affordable units, 11,406 SF of community serving commercial space, and 1,220 parking spaces. The first Community Meeting was held on October 17, 2024 prior to submitting the application with the City of Culver City. An application was filed with the City on March 10, 2025. The entitlements for the project include an Administrative Modification, Site Plan Review and State Density Bonus for increased density and waivers of development standards.
