NOTE: This petition is an attempt to lower the present density designation of 100 units/acre to below 65 units/acre for the south side of Slauson (presently where there are 2600 units, offices and the mall).
FYI: 1.3 Million dollars is being allocated for a special study of Fox Hills due to the present plan which includes this mixed use high density designation.
